He often implements his sly humor and culinary knowledge into his lyrics. Growing up in Queens most of his life as a former chef, Bronson emerged as a New York City “golden era” rap artist, choosing beats with soul and funk along the way. He released his major-label debut in 2015 called Mr. Wonderful, and a year later had the premiere of his food show on Viceland, “Fuck, That’s Delicious.” As he has turned into a a television personality, Bronson has also maintained his position as a rapper. With his 2017 album, Blue Chips 7000, Bronson continues to shell out wacky rhymes over extremely diverse production. On Blue Chips 7000, he raps with all of the swagger. “Yo, these sixteen bars cost sixteen cars/Kiss these balls, bitch, we stars,” he goes on “The Chairman’s Intent.” On “La Luna,” he raps over car-service hold music. On “Bonzai,”  “I’m laying in the bed naked/My bitch says I look like Kevin Bacon/I’m not sure if that’s a compliment or not/But I’ll take it.”
